Well, we've spent more (gross) than we've ever spent in a summer this season. (barring last, where we spent 3 million more)
One more non loan addition will undoubtedly push this summer's spend to our biggest ever.
However, recouping 5.5 mill for Downing means our net is 5 mill less than the last 2 seasons. Looks like they will be willing to spend 5 million more if they stay true to form.
